Dr. Warren Lathem​

Dr. Warren Lathem, a Methodist pastor, North Georgia, USA, is the founder and president of Venezuela Now, Inc, a U.S. nonprofit organization that supports the ministries of the Wesleyan Seminary of Venezuela (founded in 2002), the five Wesley Medical Centers (founded in 2015) that treated 35,000 patients in 2021, and the Methodist Church of Venezuela that has grown to more than 10,000 members since its founding in 2007.

Also in 2021 VNI sent nearly one million meals, $2 million in medicine to Venezuela, and enough infant formula to support 150 at-risk babies each month. He served 18 years as Senior Minister of Mount Pisgah, Johns Creek, GA, where during his tenure worship attendance grew from 75 to an average of more than 3,000.

He has published 12 books. He has been an adjunct professor at three theological seminaries. He has been teaching and mentoring preachers since 1981. The former District Superintendent resides in Marietta, GA with Jane, his wife of 49 years. They are the parents of Jared Lathem and the late Ray Lathem. Jared, a pastor, is married to Lim and they have four children, Zoe, Elijah, Alana and Zyana.

Dr. Dan Dunn

Dr. Dan Dunn has served Christ’s Kingdom in a variety of roles and ministry settings. He has 25 years of experience serving local churches: a small country church (5 years), a large county seat church (8 years), and a large regional church that grew into a mega church (13 years). 

As a result of a special calling and passion for training Christian leaders in Venezuela, he has also served since 2003 as the Assistant Professor of World Mission and Evangelism at the Wesleyan Seminary of Venezuela.

He has taught the following courses: Theology of Evangelism, Personal Evangelism, Global Outreach, How to Grow a Local Church, and Church Growth. 

Additionally, he currently serves as the Academic Dean of this Seminary. Dan earned a B.A. in New Testament Literature from Oral Roberts University in 1978. In 1983 he graduated from Candler School of Theology with a Master of Divinity degree, and in May of 2012 he graduated from Asbury Theological Seminary with a degree in Evangelization Studies.
